Elamaram says CPM ready to cooperate with probe


Monday, May 07, 2012: Elamaram Karim, MLA today opined that the Communist Party of India-Marxist (CPI-M) was ready to cooperate with the investigation into the cold-blooded murder of T.P Chandrasekharan near Vadakara on Friday night.
Addressing the mediapersons here on Monday, Elamaram added that the UDF government had tried to put the CPM in the dock in connection with the murder case. Attacks are being carried out against the houses of CPM leaders and party offices.
Meanwhile Home Minister Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan today opined that those involved in the brutal murder of Revolutionary Marxist Party leader, T P Chandrasekharan, would be brought to book.
Minister stated that utmost priority would be given for nabbing the murder accused. The investigation would be comprehensive and impartial and there will not be any political intervention, he added.
