VS to take campaign in Neyyattinkara today

Wednesday, May 30, 2012: With less than a week left for the Neyyattinkara by-election, political parties are gearing up for the final showdown by roping in their top leaders for the last leg of campaigning.
The CPM is getting their star campaigner opposition leader V.S. Achuthanandan on Wednesday. He will be addressing in seven public meetings to boost the LDF campaign.
Achuthananandan is visiting Neyyattinkara for the first time after he revolted against the CPM leadership after the murder of Revolutionary Marxist party leader T P Chandrashekaran in Vadakara.
The LDF is in a defensive mode over the TPC murder and the controversial statement made by the Idukki district secretary M.M. Mony.
